  6.  "BLUE" Licensing Agreement

  10. A right to use the Texture Data is granted to the user (Licensee) on receipt of User Registration Card.

  12. <Restrictions>
  13. The Licensee may not sell or distribute of the Texture Data.

  15. The officially registered Licensee may modify the Texture Data. This modified Texture Data may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

  17. <Limited Warranty>
  18. Licenser will not be responsible even if the Software does not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee or even if there are any defects in the actual Software.
  19. VOLT-AGE will be held liable for any defects in the actual products by the manufacturing process.The Software which provided will be licensed "AS IT IS" without warranties of any kind , and VOLT-AGE will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage arising from the use of product.
